The 2009 Arabian Power & Water Summit took place at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi on March 30 - 31 2009.

The Arabian Power & Water Summit provided an opportunity to meet the key industry players in the Persian Gulf region to discuss and debate the challenges, and the opportunities, that lie ahead in the energy sector.

This event was attended by over 400 senior level delegates and guests, with 58 industry-leading speakers, in 8 panel sessions, focussing on the current and relevant issues, including privatisation, alternative energies and sustainability of energy systems.
